Shipment processing time

All orders made before 3:00PM GMT+8 are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Orders are shipped from Shenzhen, Mainland China, CN.

Our goal is to deliver within the above mentioned times. However, delivery dates are not guaranteed as shipments are handled by third parties and are subject to local public holidays.

 

International Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Pact Case is responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. We ship to the United States, Canada, Australia & the UK on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis which means all relevant local taxes and import duties are included in the price you pay, and you will not be responsible for any other charges. If you are requested to pay any supplementary charges, please contact our customer services team hi@pactcase.com.

 

Damages & Lost Parcels

Pact Case is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
